Submissions
“Submissions” are defined as any text, messages, ideas, video or audio recordings, photographs or other artwork that an adult over the age of 18 submits via this website, emails, posts, uploads or otherwise shares with Beyond the Backyard. Any submissions of any format by individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed, even if the individual is a registered member of Beyond The Backyard. If a minor would like to submit material, his/her parent or guardian must submit it on their behalf.
When a submission is made, you relinquish any rights or compensation for that product. You grant Beyond The Backyard non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the material as we see fit. When you submit any material, you are representing that you are the legal owner of the material and thus, have the authority to grant these rights. If at any time, a parent or guardian requests that photographs or other items be removed from the Beyond The Backyard website, we will gladly do so as soon as possible.
